UV-LED

The use of UV LEDs is steadily increasing due to their positive properties in terms of effectiveness and energy efficiency in drying and hardening processes in industry. In addition, UV LEDs can achieve higher quality and faster results with a long lifetime. In the area of UV LED curing technology, too, we offer our customers customized solutions according to their individual requirements and specifications.

UV LEDs are one of the most innovative sources to produce ultraviolet light in industrial curing applications. Different power levels, wavelengths and lighting lengths are available. Many of our AC series UV LED systems are stackable which means that longer lengths can easily be realized. The uniformity of the emitted UV light remains excellent. Many LED heads are alternatively available with front-end optics (lens) or flat glass plate (P). The front-end optics provides high peak irradiance at long working distances from the substrate.

The OmniCure AC450 and AC475 UV LED systems utilize high emission LEDs which achieve over 8 W/cm (395 nm) at the optics window. The systems include advanced front-end optics to provide high peak irradiance at long working distances with extended clearance of conveyed parts.

CureLab C LED

With the conveyor belt curing system EDcure UV inks, varnishes and other UV-reactive substances can be cured in a continuous means of intense UV LED radiation. The conveyor belt is extremely compact design. The adjustable UV LED power in combination with in a wide range variable belt speed and an adjustabe irradiation distance make the EDcure Lab especially for use in laboratories suitable.
